PiYo

My name is Daniela Nero and I am your PiYo instructor!!!! I live in Danbury with my husband Michael and daughters Lyla, 5 years old, and Chloe, 2 years old! We have a bostom terrier named Obi! 

 

My husband and I have always loved to exercise! We completed the 2012 Tough Mudder in Mount Snow, Vermont - that was so much fun and challenging! 

 

I've been a spin instructor for 6 years and decided to get certified to teach PiYo when it became available! And it was love at first sight! I am super energetic and love to have fun! I like to think that I'm a work in progress...I'm still working to lose all the 'baby' weight and love to share experiences with my students!
